Me and Aly read every email that comes in. Some of them inform future content, which is awesome! Seriously you have the best ideas and are very kind in your emails. It means so much.
FAQs:
- "Do you do consulting for smart homes?” Unfortunately, no. I just don't have the time or capacity to run a smart home consulting business and consistently upload YouTube videos.
- "Do you accept sponsorships?” Yes! We are really selective and only work with companies that we authentically use. Reach out for our latest rates and availability. If it's a good fit, we'll get back to you!
- "Can you help me troubleshoot my technology?” I wish I had the time, but I'm not able to help figure out your specific tech problems. Trust me, I have my own long list of smart home problems to figure out!
- "Can I come visit your smart home?” Please don't. 😅 We really value our privacy, and more importantly the privacy of our kids. If you're in Arizona or at CES and see me in public, definitely come say hi, I would love that! But our smart home tours are for YouTube only, not in-person.
Email is generally the best way to reach us. While I wish we had time to respond to EVERY email, it's just not possible. You can also try commenting on our videos, or contacting us via social media.
